You do not need to have an existing handicap to join UHMC. Your membership includes a GHIN number which will give you access to post scores and establish a handicap. Your handicap will be used for scoring adjustments in all NET games.
When you sign up with UHMC through the USGA, you have a choice to become an Associate Member or a Regular Member. Associate Membership is for folks that are just looking for a GHIN number from a local club so they can establish a handicap. Associate Members are allowed to play in our standing skins games and one (1) tournament with the club per year. Regular Members have full access to all events put on by UHMC throughout the year including the Annual Meeting and Holiday Party, and are able to participate in Team Play
The cost to become a regular member of UHMC is $120 annually. Your membership is good for 365 days from the day that you sign up.
If you want to play in any of the skins games, you must call in to the pro shop 48 hours in advance to be put on the list. If you do not call in and just show up the day of the game, there is no guarantee that you will be able to play. Upland Hills Country Club Pro Shop (909) 946-4711
For every tournament, you have the option at registration time to select where you would like to use your winnings. We currently off scrip at Roger Dunn and at Upland Hills Country Club.
If you select Roger Dunn, your card will be available the following week at Roger Dunn in Rancho Cucamonga. As a thank you, they will add an additional 10% to the amount of your winnings! (Win $100 from a tournament and when you pick up your card will have $110 on it.)
If you select Upland Hills Country Club, your card will be available the following week in the pro shop. They do not offer any additional amount to be added to your winning at this time.
Please use the diagram below as a guideline for properly filling out your score card for all skins games. We must keep track of all scores, low gross and low net for each hole and closest to the pin awards. You only need to keep one score card for entire foursome.
